Pricing and Payment Options
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Prices displayed on the Michique.ca website are in Canadian dollars. Michique Fine Apparel Inc accepts the following forms of payment:
The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details and received credit authorization. Your credit card will be charged at the time you submit your order.
Michique Fine Apparel Inc charges Provincial Sales Tax (PST) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable to your province of delivery within Canada. In some provinces, tax is calculated as Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). For International orders please contact your local Border & Customs agency for applicable duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
For security reasons, michique.ca online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO’s. We do this to enhance your protection of the possibility of third party fraud. All purchases are shipped via UPS ground three day select. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Michique Fine Apparel Inc cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delays.
All Michique handbags are hand-crafted by our skilled designer’s. Handbags are not created until you have confirmed your purchase. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery with the exception of rural areas which will require an additional 2 weeks.
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost concern for Michique Fine Apparel Inc and we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your handbag purchase.
Timelines and costs for repairs or other services will vary depending upon the extent of the repair. We stand by the quality of our bags and will always do our best to ensure our customers receive the highest level of customer service possible. Please contact us via email with your repair concern, along with photo of problem, and we will complete a repair assessment. Once we agree that the item can be repaired, we require that you package the damaged item securely in it's original protective cover and ship via an insured and track able shipping method. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for a repair assessment. Detailed repair information and a possible repair charge estimate will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from the repair office.
For each product selected on the Michique.ca website, a summary page will be displayed automatically featuring a photograph of the item, its colouring and references, the quantity selected, its unit price and the total amount owed for your order. You should check that this information accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order.
While every effort is taken to try to ensure that the colouring, of the products in the photographs displayed on the Michique.ca website are representative of the original products, variations may occur due to technical restrictions of colour reproduction on your computer equipment.
Michique Fine Apparel Inc shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of products displayed on the Michique.ca website. If you have any questions about the products, you may of course contact customer service before confirming your purchase.
Our unique luxury products are truly works of art created by hand only after they are ordered. For this reason we do not offer refunds or exchanges. After order is confirmed, our handmade fabrics are in their creation stage. Please be sure of your selection before placing your order.
